The company has partnered with e-signature companies including Silanis/VASCO, DocuSIgn, EchoSign, and RPost to streamline the signing process. In addition, Ecteon has added document controls for customers so they can work on contracts inside Contraxx, its signature contract management solution, with improved efficiency so users don’t have to download and re-upload documents to the system.
In addition, customers have increased control over how documents are managed with the ability to send a package of relevant documents to outside parties. Finally, contracts can be managed at all stages of the lifecycle directly from customer’s mobile phones and email which sync up with Contraxx. These four new features respond to customer’s demands for streamlined contract management system access, security and functionality.
