Innovative contract management software company expands its team to meet growing client base and prosperous business developments
PORTLAND – October 3, 2017 – Ecteon, the industry’s premier contract management software company, recently added Marlene Bauer to its team as the new Vice President of Professional Services. In this role, Marlene will interact with prospective, new, and current clients and guide the company’s portfolio of business process consulting and solution tailoring for all customer activation engagements.
Marlene will be based out of the company’s Portland office and will use her senior executive professional services expertise to strengthen partner ecosystems, project management, and staff development. Bauer will be a major contributor in supporting pre-sales and Customer Service operations.

Prior to joining the Ecteon team, Bauer served as vice president of global services at Janrain, Inc., as well as senior vice president of customer success and professional services at Conga, Apttus Corporation, and Determine Inc.
